Wonderful The entire staff were welcoming and happy to help. The wait was minimal the doctor gave us answers and treated accordingly. Shout out to Chelsea and Dr.Sharma for making this such a wonderful experience. Thank you.

They seemed to move along at decent pace normally it takes hours for bus drivers to get physicals drug test and hearing test was very impressed all while they were short staffed the day I went. Faith at the front desk was going above and beyond and was great along with the doctor that day she was super nice and caring. Thank you

Unprofessional doctor and rude nurseI was in for a follow up check over my stitches today. The doctor just had a glimpse at my wound area from a distance about 30inches and threw me a bandage to put back on by myself in their bathroom. Then I was told that I was good to go. The whole process was less than 30 seconds. The nurse seems to be in a bad mood as well. Its not my first time being there but still shocked by how unprofessional they are. I had written a review this past weekend and then deleted it because the staff were actually really nice to me there. Until today when I received a text to view my lab results- which I did and it showed a urine culture that was normal. I did not have a urine culture. I called to see if they could send me my results of my throat culture and the PA who is working said no I would need to come in and get the results yet your establishment can send me incorrect and falsified results just not my own...hmmm. Please do not go here CGH Ready Care in Dixon is open now 8-8- do your self a favor and go there NOT here.

Rough night with body aches chills muscle pain fever. Contact my doctor in the morning. Ran up to physicians immediate care late morning. COVID test came back negative so its the flu. Quick response. Longer than normal wait time so I was thankful they sent me home and text me when they were ready for me.

Tried calling but only got Amelia the robot secretary. Website states they take insurance and do sport physicals. Everything is automated- secretary forms not sure why they have 2 women sitting at the front desk.We arrive and are told they can do a sports physical but they will not send to insurance. So we pay the 60. Our appointment was 430pm. Now they say we will be lucky to be seen at 6pm.Glad there is nothing medically wrong.I will NEVER let these Doc in a Box treat my family.

Everything in this experience was exceptional professional friendly and helpful From my phone call to explain my health concern to the efficient respectful care I received upon my arrival through X-rays diagnosis treatment and follow-ups referrals was truly incredible Facility very clean well located and staff organized attentive and worked as a team

I dont remember having a Dr visit as good as this maybe ever Was greeted by the receptionist in a very positive way how all should be I no more and sat down waiting for my turn and I was requested to go to the exam room. The Dr had a huge positive attitude right off Sure put me at ease another positiveIn any case I wish all other Dr visits were like this one. But then again maybe not. People might make more appointments just to visit with a more positive Dr.Thank you PIC

The Nurse made me feel very comfortable and felt I was truly cared about my complaints.X ray tech was pleasant. Late in evening but was not rushed. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough and informative. I felt good leaving and glad I went.
