Capcom's New Sci-Fi Adventure, Pragmata, Coming to Switch 2 in 2026
Capcom has announced the release of its upcoming sci-fi action adventure, Pragmata, starring Hugh and his android companion Diana, for the Nintendo Switch 2 in April 2026. The game promises a unique blend of puzzle-solving, firefights, and hacking, set on a lunar research station. To give players a taste of what to expect, Capcom has released a hands-on impressions video featuring some of its friends who share their experiences with the game.
The gameplay demo, titled Sketchbook, is available now on Steam and will be coming to the Switch 2 and other console platforms later. It showcases the game's tactile combat system, which engages both sides of the brain while exploring the lunar research station. Players can expect to discover new elements even upon replaying the demo, and completing it unlocks an illustration from Diana, which can be shared on social media with the hashtag #PRAGMATA.
Pre-orders are now live in select regions, with the game priced at $59.99 (or your regional equivalent). An amiibo for Diana is also in the works, and Capcom is offering DLC called the 'Shelter Variety Pack' which includes various in-game items.
