Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission is an adaptation of the Super Dragon Ball Heroes arcade game, with its own unique story mode and a number of exclusive characters.

Characters
- Android 17 Twin brother of Android 18 (technically Cyborgs in this case) Android 17 was created by Dr. Gero, but rebelled and killed him. 17 is absorbed by Cell and dies with him, but is later wished back to life with Cell's victims. He becomes a Park Ranger and starts a family.
- Android 18 Twin sister of Android 17, the only female "Android" (actually a Cyborg in this case) created by Dr. Gero. 18 is absorbed by Cell to transform into his Perfect Form, but is later spat back out. She marries Krillin and they have a daughter, Marron.
- Android 21 A genius artificial human whose intelligence rivals Dr. Gero's. Makes her first appearance in Dragon Ball FighterZ.
- Anilaza A fusion of several different warriors from Team 3 in Dragon Ball Super's Universal Tournament. The makeup of their fusion differs between media.
- Baby A machine Mutant Tuffle who was the main antagonist of Dragon Ball GT. He can take control of peoples minds and bodies by entering his victims bodies. He holds a deep grudge against the saiyan race for destroying the Tuffles. He is ultimately defeated by Goku in his super Saiyan 4 form, by being blasted into the sun.

- Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan from myth, Broly is one of the Dragon Ball Z franchise's most powerful and destructive Saiyan villains.
- Burter The fastest and largest of the Ginyu Force. He was said to be the fastest in the universe, which gained him the nickname, "The Blue Hurricane."
- Cabba Cabba is a Saiyan from the Sixth Universe.
- Captain Ginyu Leader of the Ginyu Force, Captain Ginyu possesses the ability to switch bodies with any living being.
- Cell Cell is an android constructed from cells taken from various fighters of the Dragon Ball Z universe. He is the main antagonist of the Android Saga of Dragon Ball.

- Cheelai A former member of the Frieza Force and an ally of Broly.
- Chiaotzu Chiaotzu is the small, doll-like companion of Tien. He possesses psychic powers.
- Cooler Cooler is Frieza's brother and the elder son of King Cold.
- Cumber An evil Saiyan who was imprisoned by Fu.
- Dabura Known as the Demon King, he became Babidi's servant in order to gain more power.
- Daishinkan The attendant of Zen-Oh and father of Whis, Vados, and the other angels.
- Dark Shenron An evil Eternal Dragon created by a Time Breaker-controlled alternate reality Dende.
- Dodoria Frieza's left-hand man. He is slightly less powerful than Zarbon, but still is far beyond Frieza's rank-and-file soldiers.
- Dr. Raichi Creator of Hatchyack, this Tuffle scientist wants nothing but to destroy every Saiyan.
- Dyspo Dyspo is a member of the Pride Troopers.
- Frieza In the Dragon Ball universe, Frieza is a form-changing alien and major conqueror of the known universe.
